Antitrust/Regulated Industries/Media (ARIM)
This practice group focuses on topics of media- and telecommunications law, copyright law and intellectual property law. The practice group intends to organise workshops at the occasion of the yearly practice group day and the annual conference, which stand out for lively discussions and active participation of the audience. Experts from companies, advocacy, ministries and organisations give lectures on current topics relating to the US. In past events, issues such as the consolidation of cable networks, illegal internet downloads and movie funds have been central themes.
