Constitution, Legislation, Mediation
This practice group was founded in May 2004 and will primarily attend
to the areas of constitutional law, the law of nations, economic and
administrative law, environmental law, religion, basic rights, law
concerning aliens, criminal law and national security - each from a US
and a european perspective. At the same time the topics are to be
placed into a constitutional and sociopolitical context.
