The Transatlantic Law Blog (TLB) of the DAJV is the digital successor of the Journal of German and American Law (ZDAR). The TLB publishes writings on current and relevant topics in German and U.S. legal scholarship and is open to all authors engaged in jurisprudence on both sides of the Atlantic.
