Membership fees:
Individual member: 100.00 Euro
Spouses/partners of individual members: 50.00 Euro
Trainees /doctoral candidates: 40.00 Euro
Law students: 30.00 Euro
Corporate member (law firms, companies, universities, etc.): 320.00 Euro
Individual member (if employed by cooperative member*): 60.00 Euro

Payment by credit card is processed via service provider PayPal. Please use the email address mail@dajv.de to indicate the recipient DAJV.

Providing us a SEPA direct debit mandate helps us manage our work greatly.
Payment with a SEPA direct debit mandate:
If you have already given us a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will debit the membership fee from your stated account with reference to our creditor ID: DE89ZZ00000875441 and your DAJV membership number. You will receive advance information before the direct debit takes place.
You can attach the mentioned advance information and a copy of your account statement to your tax return.

The membership fee is due on March 31st of each year.

Pursuant to last exemption notice received from the tax office Bonn-Aussenstadt regarding our tax privileged status, we will issue you a donation confirmation (receipt) for the paid membership fee in conformity with the official form (sect. 50, para. 1 EStDV*) for the promotion of education, public and professional training and student aid. Because the membership fee does not exceed 200.00 euros, a copy of the bank statement of the credit institution regarding the payment of the membership fee may be submitted to the tax authority as proof of the donation (sect. 50, para. 2, no. 2 EStDV).
