Save the Date – DAJV 50th Anniversary in Berlin

In 2025, the German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV) will celebrate its 50th anniversary – five decades of transatlantic exchange, legal expertise, and enduring friendship!

What began in 1975 with twelve young German lawyers and one American col­league in Bonn has grown into a dynamic, nonprofit network of 2,500 members, dedicated to fostering dialogue and mutual understanding between the legal systems of Germany and the United States across generations.

Our anniversary celebration will take place on June 26 and 27, 2025, in Berlin. On the evening of June 26, we invite early arrivals to a festive reception (venue to be announced). The main event on June 27 will be hosted at the Representation of the State of Hesse.

Join us for a special event featuring distinguished guests from the legal profession, politics, and business. We are honored to welcome Professor Dr. Stephan Harbarth, President of the German Federal Constitutional Court, along with many other prominent figures who will help us mark this milestone.
