Offered through our Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law, the LLM in corporate law and finance is designed to prepare you for a successful future in today’s fastpaced global marketplace.

The master of laws in corporate law and finance degree is open to U.S. attorneys, as well as foreign-trained attorneys, which brings diversity and opportunity for career growth by establishing relationships with colleagues from around the world.

Study program

Delaware Law welcomes foreign-trained lawyers. In fact, our LLM programs attract students from around the world. In recent years, we have enrolled students from Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America in addition to students from North America. Diversity brings a tremendous range of knowledge to our program and has greatly enriched the educational experiences of faculty and students.

Scholarship

Delaware Law offers the Scholarship for International Leaders to high-achieving, international students who wish to pursue a Masters of Law (LLM). The scholarship is based on academic excellence and financial need. Selected scholars must be dedicated to contributing positive international relationships in business, compliance, or other legal practices.
