LL.M. Program

The LL.M. program presents an immersive one-year opportunity tailored for active legal practitioners and graduates from both domestic and international law institutions. Hosted at Texas A&M University’s Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) campus in north Texas, the program’s comprehensive curriculum is primarily delivered during the day.

Within this program, every student undertakes a foundational course in the U.S. legal system. This course serves to acquaint participants with the intricacies of the U.S. legal framework, essential facets of legal logic and analysis, as well as fundamental principles across key domains of U.S. law. Further mandatory coursework is designed to refine the research and writing proficiencies of our LL.M. participants. It’s noteworthy that successful completion of the program prepares LLM students for the Texas Bar Exam.
