On March 26, legal and policy experts from both sides of the Atlantic gathered in Frankfurt for a dynamic discussion on the key developments shaping transatlantic relations in the early months of the new U.S. administration.

The panel explored critical issues, including trade and economic policies, foreign policy shifts, and the future of transatlantic cooperation. Topics ranged from the impact of tariffs and investment risks to NATO’s evolving role and the broader geopolitical landscape. The discussion provided valuable insights into the legal and economic implications of recent policy changes and the challenges and opportunities they present for businesses and policymakers alike.

A sincere thank you to our distinguished panelists – Britt Mosman, Jennifer Schramm, Richard Roeder, and Christian Funck – for sharing their valuable insights and to our moderator, Isabel Cagala, for expertly guiding the conversation.

Special thanks to Harry Nettlau and the entire team at Willkie (Frankfurt) for their support in making this event possible and to all attendees for their engaging participation.

We look forward to continuing this important dialogue in the future!
