Scholarships & Financial Aid

The law school awards scholarships to applicants on a rolling basis after an offer of admission has been made. All admitted applicants are automatically under consideration for a scholarship award; no additional forms are required. Scholarships typically only cover a portion of tuition costs. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to investigate other sources of support, including employers and government agencies, scholarship funds, and family and personal funds.

Application fee waiver code for DAJV LL.M. Day participants will be provided after the event.

Application requirements

The LLM Program at Northwestern Pritzker Law enrolls a diverse class of approximately 150 students from countries all over the globe. The admissions committee takes a holistic approach and considers many factors when making admissions decisions, including prior academic performance, English language skills, work experience, academic and career goals, involvement in extracurricular and community service activities, and leadership experience. We strive for a diverse and well-rounded class so applicants do not necessarily need to be strong in all of the above-listed areas.
