About us

USF offers an intimate and supportive learning experience in the heart of the tech capital of the world. Located in the heart of San Francisco, our private, Jesuit university offers students the best of both worlds – a beautiful campus experience with all the culture and opportunity of the financial capital of the West Coast. Students are steps away from Golden Gate Park and 15 minutes from some of the most influential courts in the United States (California Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit), as well as law firms, major corporations and financial institutions. Students choose from a general LLM in Comparative Law or a more focused degree in Intellectual Property. Students can gain practical skills through our practical training and clinical options while networking with legal practitioners all over the bay area. Both degree programs allow students to prepare for the CA or NY Bar Exams. Merit scholarships available.
