DAJV Annual Conference on German and American Law 2022

Going back to the #US in 2022 was a truly great decision!

DAJV’s annual conference took place from September 30 to October 2 in Chicago and we look back on a marvelous time at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Without question, one highlight of our conference on German and American law was the speech by the President of the German Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth.

We kicked off with an inspiring pre-conference at Barnes & Thornburg with the Chicago Bulls’ General Counsel and COO, Ram Padmanabhan, and the German Consul General in Chicago, Wolfgang Mössinger. An atmospheric Gala Dinner at the venerable Union League Club of Chicago, a visit to the Art Institute of Chicago and a concert of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Riccardo Muti as well as a river cruise honoring Chicago’s architectural heritage completed our program.

Many thanks to our amazing speakers and moderators, our partners and service providers, and all the helping hands who turned the biggest event on our annual event calendar into an unforgettable experience.
